Order processing

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and handling before your order is dispatched.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order in our system and that payment has been authorised. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@crestelo.com.

United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days

EU Core: 7 to 14 business days

Nordics: 7 to 14 business days

Other markets, where available at checkout: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will aim to deliver your order within the timeframe shown at checkout and without undue delay. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs, duties, and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

Delivery notes
